1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using RageWalls, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this platform.

2. PLATFORM PURPOSE

RageWalls exists solely to allow users to release frustration, stress, anger, and difficult emotions into a temporary, non-permanent space.

RageWalls is:

• A disposable venting platform
• A temporary emotional release space
• An adult-only community (18+ years old, or 19+ in applicable jurisdictions)

RageWalls is NOT:

• A positivity platform
• A targeting or harm platform
• Permanent storage
• Therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
• Crisis intervention or emergency service
• A monitored intervention system

3. NOT THERAPY / NOT EMERGENCY SERVICE

4. AGE REQUIREMENT

RageWalls is intended ONLY for adults. You must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• 19 years of age or older in applicable jurisdictions

No date-of-birth verification is collected or stored. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

Justification for age restriction:

• Explicit language
• Intense emotional content
• Adult-only discussion tone
• Monetization features

5. AUTOMATIC CONTENT EXPIRATION

ALL POSTS EXPIRE AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 30 HOURS.

This is a core safety and identity feature and will never be altered.

Important to understand:

• Nothing on RageWalls is permanent
• Posts are automatically deleted after 30 hours
• Other users may screenshot or redistribute content externally
• RageWalls cannot control third-party sharing
• Expiration does not guarantee external confidentiality

6. CONTENT RULES

RageWalls enables adult emotional release without permanence, identification, or harm. The platform defines what content it hosts, but NEVER tells users how they should feel.

6.1 Allowed Content

If no rules below are violated, the following is allowed:

• Profanity
• Ranting and venting
• Generalized anger
• Frustration about life, work, relationships, money, stress
• Abstract adult responsibilities

6.2 Blocked Content

The following content is NEVER allowed and will be rejected BEFORE posting:

A. POSITIVE OR CELEBRATORY LANGUAGE

Positive or happy language is not allowed. This includes sarcasm unless clearly indicated with negative context.

B. THREATS, VIOLENCE, OR INCITEMENT

Prohibited:

• Direct or implied threats
• Intent to harm
• Incitement to violence or riots
• Instructions or encouragement of harm

C. DOXXING OR IDENTIFICATION

Any attempt to identify a real person is prohibited, including:

• Full names
• Name + location
• Name + workplace or school
• Addresses
• City/state combinations with identifying details
• Phone numbers, emails, social media handles
• Street addresses or similar location identifiers

D. HATE SPEECH OR RACISM

Prohibited:

• Slurs (including obfuscated variants)
• Dehumanization of protected classes
• Calls for harm against protected groups

E. SEXUAL AGGRESSION

Prohibited:

• Sexual threats
• Coercion
• Sexual violence language
• Harassment
• ANY sexual content involving minors

F. CHILDREN OR MINORS — ABSOLUTE BAN

ANY mention of children, minors, teenagers, kids, babies, youth, or similar is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.

This platform is for adult venting only. Children and minors may not be discussed here.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Content that violates these rules will be blocked BEFORE it is posted.

• The system will explain why the post was blocked
• The system will explain how to restructure it (except for minors)
• The system will NOT rewrite your post
• The system will NOT tell you what to feel

User accounts will NOT be banned for rejected posts. Only the content is blocked.

7.1 Flagging

Users can flag posts that violate these rules:

• Posts are hidden at 3 flags
• Posts are auto-deleted at 5 flags

7.2 Admin Powers

Admins are bound by the same rules as users. Admin capabilities are limited to:

• Manual post deletion
• Viewing all cityKey posts
• Reviewing flagged content

Admins have NO override powers for content rules.

8. NO SUPPORT OR APPEALS

Support is LIMITED to:

• Automated email verification
• Automated password reset

There is:

• No appeals process
• No manual content review
• No user dispute handling

Blocked decisions are final.

9. MONETIZATION AND PAYMENTS

RageWalls provides OPTIONAL tipping features.

9.1 Tip Split

• Platform keeps 70%
• Creator receives 30%

9.2 Boosts

• Boost a post to the global feed for $10
• Boosted posts remain visible globally until they expire (30 hours)

10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using RageWalls, you agree to:

• Follow all content rules
• Not post content involving minors
• Not threaten, harass, or harm others
• Not dox or identify real people
• Not use hate speech or slurs
• Not post sexually aggressive content
• Understand that all content expires after 30 hours
• Understand that other users may share your content externally
• Seek appropriate professional help if you are in crisis

11. PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

RageWalls provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. RageWalls:

• Does not guarantee platform availability
• Does not monitor for emergencies
• Does not provide intervention services
• Is not liable for user-generated content
• Is not liable for emotional or psychological impact
• Is not responsible for third-party sharing of content

12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion:

• Deletes all your posts
• Deletes your user data
• Cannot be undone

RageWalls reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

RageWalls may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
